General
The refundable security deposit is payable with a debit/credit card or your Paypal account a week before your arrival. We will thus either need your card details in order to take an authorisation or alternatively we will send you an invoice through Paypal.
We will process the refund of the deposit or the release of the authorisation on the day of your departure after checking that there is no damage to the property.
The amount of the damage deposit varies according to the property. Please refer to our policies.
*La caution (dépôt de garantie) doit être payée par carte bancaire (une autorisation sera prise) ou par Paypal (paiement) une semaine avant votre arrivée. Pour ce faire, nous vous enverrons une demande de paiement.
Nous vous rembourserons intégralement la caution le jour de votre départ si aucun dommage ou dégat n'a été constaté. Si une autorisation a été prise sur votre carte bancaire, celle-ci se terminera sans qu'un prélèvement ne soit réalisé si aucun dommage ou dégat n'a été constaté.
Le montant de la caution varie suivant la propriété qui est louée. Pour plus de détail, merci de vous référer aux conditions générales.
ANTIBES: PARKING IN THE STREETS
You can park your car in the streets of Antibes. It is free on Saturdays and Sundays as well as on bank holidays and every night between 18:00 and 9:00. During week days, the first hour is free and the additional hour costs €2. There are often empty bays on avenue Robert Soleau near the railway station.
ANTIBES: PARKING NEAR LE 5 SOLEAU, LE 5B SOLEAU AND LE COSY

ANTIBES: PARKING NEAR THE PICASSO'S AND LE GUILLAUMONT
These apartments are located in the pedestrian area of Antibes' Old Town. The nearest drop off area for your luggage depends on the time in the day since the area becomes fully pedestrian from 15h30 until 01h00. When it is not fully pedestrian, you can drop off your luggage in front of the Beer Shop, 3 cours Massena. It is a 100 m walk to the apartments. When the streets are fully pedestrian, you have to drop off your luggage rue Aubernon, at the Remparts’ entrance gate. It is a 4 mn walk to the apartments.

Both are a 6 min walk to the apartments.
ANTIBES: PARKING NEAR PORT RIVAGE
These apartments are located in the pedestrian area of Antibes' Old Town. When the streets are fully pedestrian, you have to drop off your luggage rue Aubernon, at the Remparts’ entrance gate. ANTIBES: PARKING NEAR LE PALAIS ALBERT, LE FOCH AND LE ROI CHEVALIER

Parking du Ponteil is a 5 min walk. It is located on Boulevard James Wyllie/Avenue Maréchal Leclerc. It’s free between 1st October and 31st May.
ANTIBES: FREE PARKING

CANNES
Our apartment is located in a pedestrian street. The nearest secure car park is Parking Gray d'Albion,(https://www.cannes.com/fr/mairie/annuaire-pratique/autres/p6-parking-gray-d-albion.html) rue des Serbes.
ANTIBES - PARKING DANS LA RUE
Vous pouvez garer votre voiture dans les rues d'Antibes. Le parking est gratuit les samedi et dimanche ainsi que les jours fériés et la nuit entre 18:00 et 9:00. En semaine pendant la journée, le parking est gratuit la première heure puis est facturé 2€ l'heure additionnelle. Il y a souvent des places libres sur l'avenue Robert Soleau proche de la gare SNCF.
ANTIBES - PARKING PROCHE DU 5 SOLEAU, DU 5B SOLEAU ET DU COSY

ANTIBES - PARKING A PROXIMITE DES APPARTEMENTS PICASSO 1,2 et 3 et LE GUILLAUMONT
Le vieil Antibes est une zone piétonnière. Avant 15h30, vous pouvez déposer vos bagages devant le Beer Shop, 3 cours Masséna. Les appartements sont situés à 100m. Entre 15h30 et 01:00, la zone est complétement piétonne. Il vous faut alors déposer vos bagages rue Aubernon à l'entrée des remparts. Les appartements sont à environ 4mn à pied. Vous pouvez réserver votre parking à l'avance au parking Q Park Pré-aux-Pêcheurs,(https://www.q-park.fr/en-gb/cities/antibes/pre-aux-pecheurs/) 20 avenue de Verdun ou au parking Q park La Poste,(https://www.q-park.fr/fr-fr/shop/prebooking/product/?pId=22775&placeid=19543&sid=fe838b01-877e-4d9f-bcf5-d67d838bd8b9) 22 rue Vauban. Ces deux parkings sont à 6mn à pied des appartements.

CANNES
Notre appartement se trouve dans une rue piétonne. Le parking le plus proche est le Parking Gray d'Albion,(https://www.cannes.com/fr/mairie/annuaire-pratique/autres/p6-parking-gray-d-albion.html) rue des Serbes.
To get to Antibes Old Town from the airport, the simplest way is to take an UBER and ask them to drop you off at the entrance of the Old Town (at the end of avenue de Verdun) . Then you will have to walk for 5 min (the Old Town is a pedestrian area).
Alternatively, you can take Bus 620 u(https://itineraires-zou.maregionsud.fr/fr/itineraire?fi=STOPAREA|52391&fv=A%C3%A9roport%20Terminal%201,%20Nice&flat=43.665283203125&flon=7.210873603820801&ti=ADDRESS|43.5800398835,7.1185500391&tv=Directeur%20Chaudon,%20Antibes&dt=&ws=1&bs=1&a=false&sl=EXCLUDE&ad=false&df=true&v=[]&c=FASTEST&m=flight-train-metro-tram-bus-coach-ferry-bike-car-ridesharing-bikesharing-walk)ntil Antibes Pôle d'échanges and then walk for 15 min.
*Pour se rendre à Antibes, le plus simple est d'utiliser UBER à l'aéroport de Nice. Demander à vous rendre à l'entrée de la Vieille Ville à l'extrémité de l'avenue de Verdun. Vous serez à 5 minutes à pied (la Vieille Ville est une zone piétonnière) des appartements situés dans la Vieille Ville (Picasso 1, 2 et 3).
