THE HOME
This home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate guest toilet. Two bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, and the third with a double bed. The main living area is a spacious open-plan layout that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bar area, a dining space, and a cosy lounge. An additional living-room is located on the first floor for extra comfort. The top-floor terrace includes two separate dining areas and sun loungers to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The second and third floors also offer small balconies. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while the main living area and terrace are naturally ventilated. One bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink; the other one features a shower, bathtub, toilet, and double basin.
