We provide furnished short-term accommodation on a per night basis with a  minimum of 4 nights.

The daily rate varies according to the property / apartment and the season and includes all fees but the City Tax, which will be invoiced separately.

A refundable damage deposit is payable a week before your arrival (see the "Frequently Asked Questions" page for more information on the security deposit).

Payment policy

50% of the total amount of the booking is payable upon reservation. The remaining 50% is due two weeks before arrival.

We use Stripe as a service provider to handle secure payments via all major debit / credit cards. Alternatively, we can use also Paypal (see the "Frequently Asked Questions" page for more information on how to pay).

Cancellation policy

Cancellation up to one month prior to arrival: 95% refund

Cancellation between one month and two weeks prior to arrival: 50% refund

Cancellation less than two weeks prior to arrival: no refund.
