“La Gravette” beach is a true gem located right below the ramparts. The sand is soft, the sea is calm and the setting is phenomenal. To the right is the Old Town overlooked by the Picasso Museum’s tower; to the left are the mighty yachts of Port Vauban. In summer, the best time to enjoy “La Gravette” is in the morning for an early swim, or at sunset. But this is also a fantastic spot for a picnic out of season.
