Le Phenicia restaurant: a taste of Lebanon

Updated: Aug 23, 2022

For the last lunch of 2018, we tried the Lebanese Restaurant Le Phenicia, located right by the seafront in Antibes. With the warm winter sun shining upon us, we got a table outside to admire the lovely sea view.

Our order consisted of five mezze: cheese samboussek (cheese pastries), moussaka (tomato, aubergine and chickpea), kebeh, (Lebanese lamb meatball), vermicelli rice and fattoush (Lebanese salad).

The food came very promptly and was fresh and tasty. As we were impressed with the quality of the food, we also ordered some dessert consisting of mint tea (beautiful!) and baklava (pistachio and pine nut pastries).

For a taste of the Middle-East in Antibes, we recommend Le Phenicia! It's definitely worth a try for something a little different.
